Easy chickpea upgrade! Sauté half an onion and olive oil until lightly browned. Add turmeric, coriander, cayenne, and cumin, sauté until toasted. Add two drained cans chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) cilantro and lemon or lime juice. Toss and let simmer for a few minutes. Salt to taste, and let cool to room temperature. Yum! Yum!
