Buttermilk biscuits: stir two cups of flour with a teaspoon of salt. Can add a pinch of sugar if you want them sweet. Cut in a stick of cold butter until you have pea sized chunks of butter. Mix one egg into 3/4 cups whole fat buttermilk, and this to the flour/butter. Stir JUST enough to barely mix. Flatten dough but don't over handle, shape or cut, and bake in super hot oven until done. (Preheat oven to 450 for 30mins) serve hot!
