Greek Quinoa Bowl

Chickpeas roasted with olive oil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, sea salt, onion & garlic powder. Quinoa cooked in chicken broth. Chopped kale, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta & avocado topped with tatziki sauce.
