Cleaning the fridge before heading to the farmer's market. Take whatever vegetables your fridge has to offer. I had carrots, scallions, fennel and broccoli. Toss in olive oil and season with thyme for the carrots and rosemary for the broccoli and a mixture of both for the rest. Takes about thirty minutes in your preheated oven. Works well with cauliflower or Brussel sprouts as well. Leftovers go into the next salad bowl.
