Super low fat (and looks plain) but tons of flavor :) 1. Greens-mix whole grain Dijon mustard with olive oil and any sort of white vinegar. Toss together with chopped tomatoes and any salad mix you've got on hand. 2. Pan sear two chicken breasts with grated lemon rind, fresh parsley (or any other herbs you've got lying around) and the same mustard with chopped garlic. Deglaze with white wine and serve together.
