Quick carrot lentil soup:
Sauté onion, garlic, carrot slices and carrot greens in olive oil. Add chicken stock and a handful of red lentils. Spices to taste - I used paprika, chili pepper, smashed cumin seeds and a small bay leaf. Let pot simmer till ingredients are tender and then devour as soon as able.
