Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
1Tbs Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce place
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
4oz Sockeye Salmon Filet
1) Rub Salt, Pepper, and Garlic powder on Salmon filet. Set aside.
2)On medium/low heat pour 1 Tbs Teriyaki sauce on non-stick pan.
3) Let sauce caramelize. Then place Salmon skin side up on caramelized teriyaki sauce.
4) When the sauce turns brown underneath the filet add 1/4 cup water and cover with a lid. Because the glaze is flavorful the water will not ruin the cooking process. This helps the glaze stick to the Salmon while cooking your fish. Let the water evaporate but watch carefully because you don't want to burn your glaze!
5) When the Salmon is flaky and the teriyaki is sticky again it's finished.
Goes well with stir fried red cabbage and onion, steamed peas and baby carrots, or white rice.
