Note to self: maybe don't use a springform pan the next time baking a cake that leans towards crumbling! Oh well. Blood orange and cardamom olive oil polenta cake, inspired by @recipesfromapantry. Not my best looking baked good ever, but perfectly spicy and not too sweet (judging from the crumbs that fell off taking it out of the pan, and from the batter I definitely licked from the bowl at the end!).
