Passion Fruit Mango Smoothie
1 Fresh Passion Fruit
1 Cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1) Slice Passion Fruit in half and with a spoon scoop the "guts" into a blender.
2) Add the half a cup low fat yogurt and blend until the passion Fruit and yogurt are mixed.
3) Now lastly add in the frozen mango. If you don't have frozen mango add in regular Mango and add ice. You however get a colder drink and smoother texture with frozen mango.
4) Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Because this was my first time having Passion Fruit, I wanted to keep it simple and it was amazing. The outside of the fruit smells a bit odd but once you cut it open it smells great! The mango really compliments it's flavor. Also the seeds of the passion Fruit add a bit of texture but not at all in an overbearing way.
