Salmon and Cream Cheese on an English Muffin
2oz Sockeye Salmon
2 Tbs Cream Cheese
1 Thomas English Muffin
1) Cook the salmon until its flaky.
2) Toast English Muffin spread 2 tbs cream cheese on each side.
3) Flake the salmon into bits and spread onto cream cheese.
4) Add chives and a fried egg if you wish.
