Quick banana and coconut flour breakfast bar. Mixed together coconut flour, old fashioned oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Mashed a banana, added a bit of vanilla and maple syrup, then mixed everything together with a little coconut milk. Topped with blueberries and shredded coconut, then about 20 minutes at 375. Perfect to throw together and cook while getting ready for work, and nice and warm on a cold morning!
