Broccoli rabe, sausage, and cannellini beans - Coarsely chop broccoli rabe and boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Sauté sliced garlic, a couple of anchovies, and red pepper flakes in olive oil until garlic just starts to color. Add bulk Italian sausage and cook until no longer pink. Add broccoli rabe and drained, rinsed canned cannellini beans. Cook until everything sizzles. Add a few glugs of white wine and reduce. Add chicken stock to moisten and simmer about 10 minutes. Taste and correct for salt. Serve and top with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.
