Lamb meatballs in marinara with garlic bread.
Meatballs: gently mix ground lamb, seasonings, and breadcrumbs soaked in milk. I seasoned with chopped mint, basil, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, chilli powder, garlic and onion powder. Pan sear until each ball has a nice crust. Cover with marinara and simmer until cooked.
Marinara: sauté onion; once soft add mince garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add one whole can of peeled plum tomatoes, and season. I used a mix of warm spices and Italian spices. Then use an immersion blender to puree.
Bread: rub bread with a garlic clove, drizzle in olive oil, and toast.
