Not exactly a "(not) recipe" as it is bread making, but definitely an easy one to whip up and adjust with herbs or infused olive oil. Enjoy with your favourite tartine components, soup, or warmed with butter.

3 cups flour (bread or all-purpose)
1tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
Mix to form a dough, cover, and proof in a warm place for 4 hours. Pre-heat to 230c with Dutch oven in the oven. While that heats, knead, shape, and form the dough. Dust the loaf with flour, and cut it to your liking. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour. Carefully handle the hot pot, lightly flour the inside, and drop in the loaf. Cook covered for 30 minutes, and then cook for 15 minutes uncovered. When nice and golden take out and cool in a rack.
