Macaroni and cheese !
I made the roux with 1tsp of flour, 2 tsp butter, some chopped garlic, and about 1 cup of milk. I added 1 tsp of mustard powder, pepper, salt and some Italian seasoning.
Then I added some cooked macaroni and some purple cauliflower as well as some broccoli I had lying around.
Then I put it all in a 6 inch lodge cast iron skillet, layered it with cheddar, Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs and a little bit of cayenne.
Baked at 350f for 20 mins and voila !
