Homemade sauce in 15 minutes! Sauté crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant then add chopped onion. Be liberal with both - garlic especially! Once onion is translucent add 2 cans diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Season with some salt and pepper along with a touch of red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer for 5-10 minutes and serve!
Works best with heartier pastas. I especially like it with ravioli!
