Asian style slaw
Photo of the packed leftovers because it was a rush to get everything on the table. And this salad was loved.
Napa cabbage, red pepper, green onions, cilantro, peanuts. Dressing of 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. unseasoned rice vinegar, 2 T soy sauce, 2 T sesame oil, 3 T ginger, 3 T brown sugar, salt, pepper.
