Mushrooms on toast - a quick supper AND a way to happily get rid of the whole container of mushrooms I forgot was in my fridge.

Sauté sliced mushrooms, a few cloves crushed garlic, chopped up kale in olive oil. Add vinegar to deglaze the pan and top with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and fresh parsley. Pile on top of toast.
