Slice a ripe avocado by scoring it completely down to the pit
Twist the two halves to help separate.
Remove the pit with a non-flimsy knife blade.
Fill your avocado with a heaping table spoon of whole milk cottage cheese (grass-fed if you can).
Sprinkle some pink Himalayan sea salt on the top and add any additional spices you like.
(I use chili powder or any Cajun mix.)
