Breakfast may have been more beautiful without my horrible glob of (delicious) sauce that I've dubbed "drunk pizza roll sauce"
Collard greens serve as the wrapper of my cauliflower rice, scrambled egg, mushroom, onion and jalapeño burrito. The fillings were leftovers from yesterday's dinner. A little Tamari and sambal serve as binders for the fried rice.
Throw these bad boys in the oven until you get just a little crisp on the edges of the greens.
The drunk pizza roll sauce is heaven on earth and works on almost any drunk food! Greek yogurt, a tiny bit of mayo, sriracha and a dash of Tamari.
