Spring party called for pink deviled eggs!
Boiled eggs for 8 minutes. Put them in an ice bath. Then cracked them and put them in a jar with beet water.
Made the beet water from the beets I boiled. Used that water and took a few pieces of beets with a touch of apple cider vinegar.
Soaked some eggs overnight and some for 5 minutes to get the ombré effect.
For the yolks ~ put them in a nutrabullet with olive oil, salt, pepper, green onion, whole grain mustard. Until smooth and creamy
Put the yolk mixture in a zip lock bag and then piped them into the white. Topped with chives
