Roasted Chicken with Root Vegetables
I roast a chicken every week. Beautiful and simple dinner. This time, my veg was Brussels sprouts, carrots, and rutabaga. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil. Roast on 425 for 40 minutes to crisp skin, and then 400 until cooked. Rest for 20 minutes before carving. Perfect!

Thank you so much. All that I did was olive oil, salt, and pepper. The rest of the credit goes to the chicken. Doesn't need much to be perfect.
