The easy peasy, makes mommy proud, Chicken tikka masala. Served with a dash of spiced curd.
Marinate chicken pieces in curd, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala (Indian blend of spices); preferably overnight. Then roast these in the oven to give them the tikka flavour.
Sauce is a tomato-onion-spices mix; topped with cashew nut paste and cream.
