Scored the most amazing loaf of brioche so I had to make some French Toast. I'm playing around with paleo ingredients so I used almond milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon , nutmeg and a dash of vanilla bean paste with one organic egg for my French toast batter. For my compote, a mixture of granulated sugar and heavy cream with a squeeze of lemon and fresh blueberries out of my freezer stash. I used Kerrygold butter to cook my French toast on the stove top and I finished them in the oven. I adorned with a little powdered sugar and some slices of my favorite Aidell Chicken sausage.
