Fresh Spinach Pasta
First adventure with making fresh pasta. I used the recipe linked below since it used an abundance of spinach. Freshly harvested, organic spinach from our garden, organic flour and a friend's backyard chicken eggs made the most delicious dish of pasta! No pasta machine, just divided dough in fourths and rolled out thin with a rolling pin. Simply dressed with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
