Whole Sea Bream. Season cleaned fish with salt and pepper - inside and out. Brush with olive oil infused with minced garlic - inside and out. Stuff cavity with thinly sliced lemon and thyme sprigs. Top with more lemon slices and thyme sprigs. Drizzle a bit more olive oil over the lemon slices and thyme sprigs. Roast @ 400 degreesF for 20 minutes Then put under the broiler for 1 minute. Remove fillets from each side and pick off all of the fish that clings to the bones.
