In a hot pan, melt some ghee then fry squid until crispy. Do this in batches and do not overcook. Throw in some capers until crisp, squeeze some lemon, toss in some parsley and season with salt. I had some leftover black rice in the fridge so I served it on top of that. Simple, delicious!
