Sooooo.... roasted some tilapia filets with a paste of harissa, evoo, coconut oil and sea salt. I had it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 min. Cooked up quinoa in coconut oil, garlic and grated turmeric root. Then I grated a whole seedless cucumber, the zest and juice of 1 life, a capful of ACV, and sea salt, baby tomatoes and mixed that in the quinoa as I fluffed it. I think I added a bit of evil at the end. Sautéed red chard and dandelion greens with shallot and garlic in evolution and coconut oil. About 30 min. to prepare, prep included!!!
