Asparagus with Fresh Herbs & Lemon. A taste of spring!
Whisk 1 TBSP olive oil, juice & zest of 1 lemon together & drizzle over 1 bunch of fresh asparagus spread out on a baking sheet. Pour 1 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce or tamari) over the spears. Chop 1 TBSP each FRESH tarragon & thyme & sprinkle over the top, along with 2 tsp sesame seeds. Roast in preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until asparagus is just starting to brown. Remove from oven and devour!!!
