Light-on-the-shrimp scampi. Easy weeknight meal. Sauté shrimp and garlic in oil, butter and lemon juice. Remove from shrimp from pan. Add more butter, oil and lemon juice to pan with white wine. When wine boils add cooked pasta, shrimp, lemon zest, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and toss. A nice bright dish!
