Fry chicken in cooking oil then set aside. In the same oil, saute garlic and onions. Add hotdogs and the pan-fried chicken until fully cooked. Add tomato sauce and chicken broth. Simmer for 30 minutes or so. Then add potatoes and carrots. Once the veggies are soft, toss the green bell peppers, salt, and ground pepper to taste. Cook for another 3 minutes then its good to go!
