Agave sweetened cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting. Just the perfect amount of sweetness.
Mix 2C bread flour, 1/4 milk, 1 egg, 3tbs butter, tsp salt, 1 tbs active dry yeast, 1 tbs agave. Knead well and rise.
Roll out and layer with agave and plenty of cinnamon. Rub with softened butter or coconut oil as you roll into a log. Cut and let rise a second time in your desired "tin".
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Frost with a blend of softened cream cheese, a drizzle of milk, vanilla and agave to your sweetness preference.
