Seared ahi tuna bowl.

Massage ahi tuna steaks with chili oil or sesame oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and smoked paprika. Sear in oil on medium high heat for about 2 minutes on each side (depending on size of steaks), just enough so middle is still pink/rare.

Use rice as a base and fill your bowl with any veggies and fixins you'd like (avo, cucumber, nori/seaweed, sesame seeds, carrots, etc, etc, etc) I used brown rice, broccoli and avo. Basically whatever I had in the kitchen at the moment. Be one with the bowl 🙏🏻
