Maple and mustard chicken:

Soak a dried red chilli in hot water until softened. Blend.

Add chicken pieces to a ziplock bag and add grainy mustard, Dijon mustard, thyme leaves, maple syrup, lemon slices, salt and pepper and marinate overnight.

Bake in a preheated oven until tender and cooked through.
