Sugar free flourless chocolate torte with chocolate ganache

It's super rich! You will need 6 eggs separated, 2 sticks unsalted butter, 8 ounces 85% cocoa and 3/4 cup Splenda. Mix egg yolk and Splenda, chop chocolate and butter and melt in double boiler. Once melted blend chocolate mix into egg yolk mix, meanwhile beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Then blend egg white into egg yolk and chocolate mixture. Poor into parchment lined spring mold pan and back at 350 for 30 minutes. When done cool one hour. Then place top side down on cake platter. Ganache is 4ounces warmed heavy cream poured over 4 ounces 75% cocoa once chocolate melted whisk and pour over cake.garnish as desired. I used raspberry and mint
