Red Wine Braised Short Ribs over soft polenta
Brown short ribs. Sauté carrot, onion, celery, garlic, thyme, rosemary, tomato paste. Deglaze w red wine, add beef stock and bay leaf. Return short ribs to pot, cover and bake 325 for 2-3 hours depending on size of short ribs and your oven.
