Pantry cooking post-travels, part 1: linguine with creamy spinach sauce.

Sautéed leek with dried basil and crushed red pepper, then added some frozen spinach and let it cook off the liquid before add some on-the-edge milk (left from before my adventures) to a simmer before adding a half block of cream cheese. (Body was a bit off before I added the cooked linguine, so I made a flour/milk slurry and mixed it in before adding the pasta.) I topped the whole mess with grated Parmesan and cracked pepper.
