White cake: 3 C cake flour, 4t baking powder, 1t salt, 1 1/2C sugar mixed together. Beat in 16 T of softened butter. Mix together 6 egg whites, 2/3C whole milk, 2 1/2 t vanilla extract, and 1/4 t almond extract. Bake in 2 9" circle pans for 25 minutes at 350.
Frosting: 16 T softened butter, 4C powdered sugar beat until fluffy. Beat in 6 oz of softened cream cheese cut in to 6 pieces (one at a time) until incorporated. Mix in 1 1/2 t vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Garnish: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mint leaves, and edible flowers.
