Fresh, homemade ricotta! If I didn't leave the house, I'd honestly eat the entire bowl of it. I used @smittenkitchen recipe, and it's so incredibly rich, creamy, and delicious! @nashobabakery sourdough topped with the ricotta, lemon zest, Maldon sea salt, and red pepper flakes. I couldn't decide between arugula and tomatoes, so obviously the solution is one of each, right? I'll definitely be making this ricotta again soon.
