Granola bound into "clumps" (the best part!) using a base of almond meal, maple syrup, and coconut oil. The traditional oats were accompanied by quinoa and buckwheat groats, the crunch was amplified with pepitas, sunflower seeds, and chopped walnuts, and the sweetness kicked up a notch with dried blueberries and cranberries.
