Salmon with Sorrel Cream Sauce, Parmesan Potatoes, and Roasted Asparagus

My CSA started for the season this week and I had some new (to me) produce to experiment with. Sorrel and chives wilted in lightly-browned butter, thickened with heavy cream and served over simple broiled salmon was a revelation.

The potatoes were sliced, tossed with a little flour, garlic, parmesan, and salt & pepper, then cooked in cast iron in a hot (convection) oven.

And roasted asparagus? No recipe needed: lightly toss in olive oil, season, and toss in the hot oven on a sheet pan until crisp-tender. 👌🏻
