This weekend's bread experiment: carob bread rolls! I first saw these in Algarve, where they use carobs for everything (with delicious results). This is truly not a recipe because I went by feel: aside from knowing that I used around 450g of bread flour and 50g of carob flour, I can only say that these babies were made with some water, fresh yeast, a bit of salt, and a tiny bit of honey.
