Potato pizza with ramps. I used Smitten Kitchen's recipe but substituted ramps for onions and red pepper flakes for the rosemary. I added the bottom part of the ramps along with the potatoes at the start and then added the green leafy part when there were about 5 min left in the cooking time. When the pizza was done, I topped the whole thing with grated Parmesan cheese.
