Garden Fresh Pasta
Freshly harvested summer squash, golden zucchini, green beans, cooked all in a sauté pan with spaghetti. Love to cook pasta this way in a pan with just enough water that in the 10 minutes, give or take, it takes the pasta to cook, everything is al dente and the water reduces to make the sauce. Finished with a swirl of cream, lemon zest and juice of a lemon, fresh chopped parsley and chive blossoms. So good!
