Spring perfection! The Broth is just fresh greens blitzed in the Vitamix with hot bone broth, a splash of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a little butter. The hon tsai tai is minced, then sautéed in a little butter. Then the fresh shrimp are fried up with some garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. Lastly, rice noodles are softened, then crisped in a hot skillet with a little oil and soy sauce.
