Rappahannock River Stingray oysters on the grill -- low, top down -- three minutes max. They open easily. Tiny spoonful of mignonette (red wine vinegar, minced shallots, cracked black pepper + a couple hours to marry). Best eaten right on the patio, hot off the grill.
