Chili mac, a Midwestern comfort classic! Chop some onions, garlic, bell peppers and habanero peppers and sauté. Add cumin, chili powder, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, black pepper. Dump in a couple of jars chunky salsa and some crushed tomatoes and water. This chili also has a brown ale, white vinegar and cocoa powder in the mix. When it’s all done melding together I added canned black beans, kidney beans and pinto beans. Served over pasta with some shredded cheese.
