Brown rice risotto (made with olive oil, butter, rosé wine, chicken stock, preserved lemon, parsley, mint, salt and pepper) and a leek, asparagus, and shrimp sautée (olive oil, butter, crushed red pepper, leeks, asparagus, shrimp, and a little more rosé) topped with some grated Parmesan.
