While heating up tomato soup , add tbs or two of sherry vinegar, tsp raw sugar (to taste, balance acid from vinegar), and grated Parmesan bring to boil and remove from heat.

Serve with torn fresh basil, good olive oil, more parmesan, olive fleur de sel, and pepper.

Sandwich made with a gf olive roll (any good bread will do), spread with butter, broil open-face with cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted then smoosh
