Butternut squash pizza

Made the dough 3 days in advance and let the dough chill in my refrigerator, it slows down the yeast and makes for a fuller flavor

I don't like adding anything to tomato sauce (for pizza) so the sauce is just crushed San Marzano's

Topped with sautéed mushrooms, butternut squash, toasted walnuts, garlic confit, and a bunch of fresh sage

Finished with black truffle oil, sea salt, and red pepper flakes
